Know that this worldly life is no more than play, amusement, luxury, mutual boasting, and competition in wealth and children. This is like rain that causes plants to grow, to the delight of the planters. But later the plants dry up and you see them wither, then they are reduced to chaff. And in the Hereafter there will be either severe punishment or forgiveness and pleasure of Allah, whereas the life of this world is no more than the delusion of enjoyment." (Quran, 57:20)
Introduction:
And in no way have We created the heaven and the earth and whatever is between them in vain. That is the assumption of those who have denied. So woe to those who have denied from the Fire! 38:27
Accordingly to many eschatological truths, including Islam, our existence was cautiously planned and designed for a greater purpose. However, do we actually contemplate on a subject of meaningfulness of our life? How carefully are we threading the walks of our lives and how open are we in sync with an idea that we are just a part of a bigger plan. Our insignificance in scale of all things sometimes can delude us to the very quintessential reality – that everything about us really matters. Every single minute of our existence is precious, every milestone is momentous and every experience indispensable
.
I did not create jinn and humans except to worship Me 51:56
For those of us who are accustomed to western orientation to life, we are probably individualistically peeking through the loops of time and considering higher levels of gratification. For those of us who are conditioned in communal reality of the self, we probably can not see further than the roles preciously assigned to us. Is there a middle path? Is there a greater way of life? Can we attain a balanced approach to another chapters of our mere existence?
Know that this worldly life is no more than play, amusement, luxury, mutual boasting, and competition in wealth and children. This is like rain that causes plants to grow, to the delight of the planters. But later the plants dry up and you see them wither, then they are reduced to chaff. And in the Hereafter there will be either severe punishment or forgiveness and pleasure of Allah, whereas the life of this world is no more than the delusion of enjoyment. 57:20
When the plight and glitter of this world can no longer attract our inner greedy self, we might be finding the spiritual emptiness inside our micro world. Some of us are turning towards Ayats of Nature, becoming travellers or sport lovers, we might delve into the history and reflect on biographies of absolutely amazing brains , heroin and leader in great past civilizations. All activities of refining our life are by default subjected to time, they pass, so much so that it to easy to get self-absorbed and wake up to one day when it is simply too late.
And some of you are left to reach the most feeble stage of life so that they may know nothing after having known much. Indeed, Allah is All-Knowing, Most Capable. 16:70
All of our life stages had a meaning, they were there for a purpose. The experiences, our perceptions, the intensity of our emotions, the physical and spiritual scars, even somatic traumas they all are there in our life scrip for a reason. We all should proudly carry those luggage’s in to the unknow of our Qadr. And we all should be constantly questioning…
O humanity! Worship your Lord, Who created you and those before you, so that you may become mindful ˹of Him˺. 2:21
Are we finding our salves comfortable in our skin? Are we respecting our self? Are we treating others with due care , empathy, forgiveness and attention? Are we truly appreciating time , health, wealth and knowledge given to us? When will we learn Khushu – the spiritual technique of freezing in time , living in present for the sake of Allah? When our ‘eye , and hearing become’ His like? Surely that’s where we suppose to be heading, aren’t we?
Allah (mighty and sublime be He) said: Whosoever shows enmity to someone devoted to Me, I shall be at war with him. My servant draws not near to Me with anything more loved by Me than the religious duties I have enjoined upon him, and My servant continues to draw near to Me with supererogatory works so that I shall love him. When I love him I am his hearing with which he hears, his seeing with which he sees, his hand with which he strikes and his foot with which he walks. Were he to ask [something] of Me, I would surely give it to him, and were he to ask Me for refuge, I would surely grant him it. I do not hesitate about anything as much as I hesitate about [seizing] the soul of My faithful servant: he hates death and I hate hurting him. (Al Qudsi, al-Bukhari)
Before we create a list to do for 2021, I suggest we take a look back and truly appreciate what had been achieved, left behind, forgotten, over and dusted in our past. Let’s give the Haq to our Subhanallah – the amazement over the scrip of our life as we know it, (not only a year from it). The losses, disappointment , rejections, failures and opposites. The goals we had and success we reached , the moments of happiness and deepest amazements. All of those experiences were merely by permission of our Creator and should serve us as only Ayats.
Surely in this are signs for people who understand (Q, 6:98)

Why People Recommend Us
I highly recommend Aishah. She surprised me every week with her numerous strategies and she gave me just what I needed. She understood me well in such a short time and knew what I needed to hear. I was very confused as I had suffered a lot of traumas during my life and had never made sense of them. Aishah pointed out things that were hard to hear, but I knew were accurate. She is very professional and honest and now I am on the road of recovery. After only 6 sessions I feel that she has empowered me with the tools that I need to improve on myself, realising the purpose of the traumas, seeing the blessings within them and letting go. I now know what I need to do to become a better person. She recommended books that have been invaluable too. May Allah reward her abundantly Ameen.

Bismallah the most compassionate the most Merciful God… Working with Ayeisha was actually an answer for years of prayers and Subhan Allah it strengthens my faith about answering our Duaa in terms of how , when , where …etc.
But , I wish I have known her Ages ago. Being a councelling customer for nearly an year with Ayeisha now and seeing the dramatic changes of my mental , emotional and spiritual wellbeing the time arrived to deal with my physical health issues as they are all strongly connected… Subhan Allah being a doctor myself I couldn’t achieve healing and all of my career was about fixing disease and controlling the chronic illnesses and never aims for cure. Then under the guidance of my lovely Ayeisha my life has completely changed.. I really couldn’t believe that all of these improvements happened only over three weeks with small little steps every day until I achieved healing using the principles of Sunnah Wellness

Thank you for yesterday's session which I found highly effective and powerful.
I am finding self discovery not only enlightening but very comforting as well. I think if I am able to work with and improve some of the weaknesses and diseases of the heart that accompanies my choleric temperament I am confident that I shall be able to reach new heights with my marriage, personal and professional relationships.

Ayishah Your ability to SEE is astounding. The way you help people see themselves. It's really special.I already know I won't find what you offer anywhere. In the end noting will match up. I just know. Your course has been so beneficial and life changing for me I've literally gone without food to do it :) When I made Hajj. I wrote in my Duas:
Ya Rabb there must be an easier way to eat. Show me it! I actually prayed ya Rabb show me a way to feed this man easier food.... I didn't know the answer would be sending me you. Clean eating is healing. Fasting is healing. I'm not there yet. But inshaAllah I'm on the road.
