’Iqra’. “Read! In the name of thy Lord and Cherisher, Who Created. Created man, out of a clot of congealed blood. Read! And thy Lord is most bountiful. He who taught (the use of) the pen. Taught man that which he knew not” (Q, 96: 1-5)

Introduction:

Everyone seemed to concentrate on the  mind-works now adays. You might find your self evaluating your own patterns of thinking and how it affects your social skills or  inner emotional wellbeing. You might have blamed you self for errors in your thinking, you might had come to conclusion that you are not good enough and do not fit to your environment any more. You might have looked at the outside world and realise that everyone seem to have better understanding  of things than you, everyone is smarter and more eloquent than you... This is called inner criticism but also maladaptive thinking. You might also feel that religion , culture or society continue to shame your lack of IQ sharpness. In the end of a day,  the Quranic and Sunnah traditions are filled with many invitations and merits,  making it ‘compulsory on every Muslim to seek knowledge’ (Muslim). The superiority of the cognitive quotient had been established with the first word revealed in the Quran : ’Iqra’. “Read! In the name of thy Lord and Cherisher, Who Created. Created man, out of a clot of congealed blood. Read! And thy Lord is most bountiful. He who taught (the use of) the pen. Taught man that which he knew not” (Q, 96: 1-5)

8 Reasons

Reading, reflecting and learning however in the opinion of Islamic Psychologists, symbolises the sanctified order to acquisition of knowledge, which is meant to reconnect with God. Knowledge in consequences should lead to spiritual wisdom, releasing the ultimate truth of the reality of this world: ‘These are the parables that We set forth to make people understand. But only those endowed with knowledge will comprehend them’. (Q, 29:43). Through the acquisition of Ilm, which leads to religious submission  a person is promised bountiful eternal and contemporary spiritual benefits .‘’Whoever travels a path in search of knowledge, Allah will make easy for him a path to Paradise. People do not gather in the houses of Allah, reciting the book of Allah and studying it together, but that tranquillity will descend upon them, mercy will cover them, angels will surround them, and Allah will mention them to those near him. (Muslim) Verily, the angels lower their wings for the seeker of knowledge. The inhabitants of the heavens and earth, even the fish in the depths of the water, seek forgiveness for the scholar. The virtue of the scholar over the worshiper is like the superiority of the moon over the stars. The scholars are the inheritors of the Prophets. They do not leave behind gold or silver coins, but rather they leave behind knowledge. Whoever has taken hold of it has been given an abundant share. (Abu Dawud)

Your IQ potential, accordingly to the Quranic narrative is dependable on Will and Permission of Allah ST, as He ‘taught humanity what they knew not’ (Q, 96:5). Therefore Cognitive intelligence requires humility and God-dependency. You will know if you attained the right potentiality of your cognition, if you are finding yourself free from the diseases of the Qalb, which are somewhere on a spectrum of arrogance and ignorance.  The Prophet ﷺ said that the IQ should be measured in equality and on the spectrum of personal abilities. ‘They do not practice according to the intellect that Allah Almighty has given them. Therefore, their practices are according to their level of sense and according to the rate they are rewarded.’ (al-Tabarani) The highest level of Aql is  your inner Wisdom which connects you with Fitrah and holds you close to Allah ST. In practice it means that you are able to observe your thinking, differentiate between shatanic influences and your drvies (desires).  If youa re bale to take on Amanh - the responsibility for making yourself regress or ill, it marks your intellectual progressin accordingly to Islmic teachings. If you fit in your Aql, you will be able to judge situations fairly without a hints of blaming or dramatizing games. You will also submit yourself to the Will of Allah, and understand that the only change you can ascertain is your inner one.

If you still finding your self wondering where to begin your personal the conquest of Aqlani healing, return to Quran. Remind your self that a divine guidance is  one of the favours of Allah, as He ST is the one who decides who will become a Divine Wisdom’s recipient. ‘He gives wisdom to whom He wills, and whoever is given wisdom is certainly given a lot of good. Only the people of understanding observe the advice’.(Q,2:269).  The journey of your IQ should begin with dua. Secondly make a list of your personal life achievements, and see how your life challenges transformed the way you think, act and even feel. If you find yourself being closer to Allah ST then it was worthwhile and you definitely proven to be an exceptional Life-Student. Lastly, we all have been granted a platforms to tap into our Inner Wisdom. Your Aqlani conquest, therefore should never end. Realise that you are on a journey towards the illumination and that comes with responsibility. ‘And Allah increases in guidance those who seek guidance. And abiding deeds of righteousness are more rewardable by your Lord and better in return’. (Q, 19: 76)

Why People Recommend Us

I highly recommend Aishah. She surprised me every week with her numerous strategies and she gave me just what I needed. She understood me well in such a short time and knew what I needed to hear. I was very confused as I had suffered a lot of traumas during my life and had never made sense of them. Aishah pointed out things that were hard to hear, but I knew were accurate. She is very professional and honest and now I am on the road of recovery. After only 6 sessions I feel that she has empowered me with the tools that I need to improve on myself, realising the purpose of the traumas, seeing the blessings within them and letting go. I now know what I need to do to become a better person. She recommended books that have been invaluable too. May Allah reward her abundantly Ameen.

Bismallah the most compassionate the most Merciful God… Working with Ayeisha was actually an answer for years of prayers and Subhan Allah it strengthens my faith about answering our Duaa in terms of how , when , where …etc.

But , I wish I have known her Ages ago. Being a councelling customer for nearly an year with Ayeisha now and seeing the dramatic changes of my mental , emotional and spiritual wellbeing the time arrived to deal with my physical health issues as they are all strongly connected… Subhan Allah being a doctor myself I couldn’t achieve healing and all of my career was about fixing disease and controlling the chronic illnesses and never aims for cure. Then under the guidance of my lovely Ayeisha my life has completely changed.. I really couldn’t believe that all of these improvements happened only over three weeks with small little steps every day until I achieved healing using the principles of Sunnah Wellness

Thank you for yesterday's session which I found highly effective and powerful.

I am finding self discovery not only enlightening but very comforting as well. I think if I am able to work with and improve some of the weaknesses and diseases of the heart that accompanies my choleric temperament I am confident that I shall be able to reach new heights with my marriage, personal and professional relationships.

Ayishah Your ability to SEE is astounding. The way you help people see themselves. It's really special.I already know I won't find what you offer anywhere. In the end noting will match up. I just know. Your course has been so beneficial and life changing for me I've literally gone without food to do it :) When I made Hajj. I wrote in my Duas:

Ya Rabb there must be an easier way to eat. Show me it! I actually prayed ya Rabb show me a way to feed this man easier food.... I didn't know the answer would be sending me you. Clean eating is healing. Fasting is healing. I'm not there yet. But inshaAllah I'm on the road.
