‘Today, I have perfected your religion for you, and have completed My blessing upon you, and chosen Islam as Dīn (religion and a way of life) for you’. (Q; 5:3)
Introduction:
The religion of Islam is not to be mistaken for easy. It is indeed full of simplified instructions for a lifestyle full of honour, spirituality and upright choices however it is not equivalent to being laidback. The Islamic lifestyle requires self-motivation, inner connectivity to divine guidance, reasonable expectations and respectful relationships, conscious health management and mindful Adab (character) management. Having guidance from Quran and prophetic tradition is not always easy, as it can bring about the self-realisation which we had been postponing for years. None of us lieke to consider our selves for lazy, angry, greedy, arrogant or headless, do we?
For instance, the idea of taking ‘medicine without medicine’ - fasting on weekly, monthly and yearly basis is no long are achievable for majority of us. Yet it is a holistic cure for disease of spiritual heart (Qalb) and physical ailments, including immunity or digestion issues. That’s why we have clear instruction about timing for fasting such as Mondays, Thursdays, White Days and selected dates in calendar such as Ashura, Arafa or Ramadan. We are also motivated with eternal benefits of fasting, yet it is not enough as we manage to reframe those suggestions into ‘this is only recommendation’, ‘ this is for pious people’ ,‘ I am far to busy for this religious rituals’.
We also know, (on some level) that Islam did not came about without sacrifices, commitment and persistence yet we conveniently shifted this awareness into current cultural norms and expectations under the umbrella of being ‘ to busy’, ‘ to lineal’, ‘ to stressed’ to contemplate on our religious identity and spiritual habits. The idea of proactivity is inscribed in the verses of Quran and tradition of the prophet, in such a precise ways that it penetrates souls. I only wonder whose souls?
Indeed, Allah does not wrong people in the least, but it is people who wrong themselves. (Q; 10:44)
For each one are successive [angels] before and behind him who protect him by the decree of Allah. Indeed, Allah will not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves. And when Allah intends for a people ill, there is no repelling it. And there is not for them besides Him any patron. (Q; 13:11)
‘Allah has sent down both the disease and the cure, and He has appointed a cure for every disease, so treat yourselves medically, but use nothing unlawful." (Abu Dawud)
I sometimes wonder, how did it happened that we read Quran as a God word but we act upon it as they are unreachable , unrealistic , unclear and out-dated? What happened to the idea of Amanah, the clear realisation about our responsibility for the gift of life which we have and share with others? We prefer to go to chemists, or doctors or maybe moan about our life’s pains here and there. The idea of facing our own responsibility became forend, exotic, new age and maybe even hippy. A modern Muslim is part of community, where people do not live in their hearts but in their heads. Can I ask you, on what expense? Because if you are not prepared to face the pain underneath your facade, if you not ready to admit to you own mistakes, if you not ready to take ownership for your negativity, if you are not prepared to work on yourself…..who else will do it for you?

Why People Recommend Us
I highly recommend Aishah. She surprised me every week with her numerous strategies and she gave me just what I needed. She understood me well in such a short time and knew what I needed to hear. I was very confused as I had suffered a lot of traumas during my life and had never made sense of them. Aishah pointed out things that were hard to hear, but I knew were accurate. She is very professional and honest and now I am on the road of recovery. After only 6 sessions I feel that she has empowered me with the tools that I need to improve on myself, realising the purpose of the traumas, seeing the blessings within them and letting go. I now know what I need to do to become a better person. She recommended books that have been invaluable too. May Allah reward her abundantly Ameen.

Bismallah the most compassionate the most Merciful God… Working with Ayeisha was actually an answer for years of prayers and Subhan Allah it strengthens my faith about answering our Duaa in terms of how , when , where …etc.
But , I wish I have known her Ages ago. Being a councelling customer for nearly an year with Ayeisha now and seeing the dramatic changes of my mental , emotional and spiritual wellbeing the time arrived to deal with my physical health issues as they are all strongly connected… Subhan Allah being a doctor myself I couldn’t achieve healing and all of my career was about fixing disease and controlling the chronic illnesses and never aims for cure. Then under the guidance of my lovely Ayeisha my life has completely changed.. I really couldn’t believe that all of these improvements happened only over three weeks with small little steps every day until I achieved healing using the principles of Sunnah Wellness

I am finding self discovery not only enlightening but very comforting as well. Ayishah Your ability to SEE is astounding. The way you help people see themselves. It's really special.I already know I won't find what you offer anywhere. In the end noting will match up. I just know. Your course has been so beneficial and life changing for me I've literally gone without food to do it :) When I made Hajj. I wrote in my Duas:
Ya Rabb there must be an easier way to eat. Show me it! I actually prayed ya Rabb show me a way to feed this man easier food.... I didn't know the answer would be sending me you. Clean eating is healing. Fasting is healing. I'm not there yet. But inshaAllah I'm on the road.
